I went to several auto parts store in search of a older auto part and the guys in this store busted their asses to find the part I needed. They were really patient and helpful. I will make them my first stop from now on!

I spoke with Trevor today over some transmission issues that we are having involving warranty issues and he was amazingly helpful! I cannot thank him enough for his knowledge and expertise on the subject. He took his time with us, made several calls on our behalf, and we made more progress with Trevor than we have attempting any other route in the last 6 months.

Trevor was the most professional and informative person that I have encountered. We have been trying to get information on my warranty for 6 months and in an hour he had called all the way to the manufacturer to get me answers. 10/10 go here!!

Went to the counter..asked about spark plugs gave me the wrong ones..a charging port...wrong one... brought them back..when I went to the counter..the guy all but rolled his eyes...other guys in there seemed in a bad mood..won't ever go back. Went to advance..much better outcome. Just a follow-up sent my phone number to the email never received a phone call or an email. Just bought a $91 Dodge Dakota to redo but they will get none of my business what a shame.

Just stopped by this AutoZone because my Jeep was having trouble starting and showing me some weird errors. Chris was awesome! He suggested getting a battery test and sure enough, my battery was bad! He helped me find a new battery in my budget and to top it all off, he even changed the battery for me and disposed of my old one! This is the place to go with any car troubles!
