0 stars since it was a horrific experience & I want to make a formal complaint to corporate. 1/14/23 there were 3 employees during the shift, incident was between 12:50& 1pm EST. Only 1 register open, the other closed. The older male didn't fully know how to process the sale; due to this he was quick tempered & lashed out at me by refusing service. Instead of letting me do just a cash gas purchase; they refused to do any service & took it to a whole other level (shameful). Neither the other 2 younger employees would (male & female) process claiming the older male was the only one to work the register. Then to back up the older employee's outburst, the younger male lied saying (before he revealed no split purchase) that I was hostile. Instead of admitting the older gentleman made an error & let me purchase gas with cash; the young male lied. I kept my tone even throughout & the video in the store will show that. When the young male revealed about the split I said (even though he saw & heard what the older gentleman said & did) he/older male didn't say that. The young man said nothing; I asked can anyone process cash purchase instead. No move; they took a stance & refused service. I asked for the manager; they said he was not available. I asked for the name of the manager; the younger male said "Google it of Kenjo website; we're not allowed to give his name." I never heard of such a thing when needing a manager's name. It was very disappointing to see people acting this way, still, in 2023. It caused emotional distress & the older employee had no just cause to treat me this way. Another customer (1:15pm EST) indicated that employee is a "Troublemaker" and said "let's just say I don't like him." He nor the other male employee "working" that day (1/14/23 afternoon day shift) definitely did not act at all by the Kenjo's mission statement. The way that behaved should not be accepted. Harmful for your/Kenjo company & the customers.

The younger male indicated to me that a split sale couldn't be done for gas; I didn't know that nor the older male cashier, that lashed out at me, didn't either. Instead of letting me do just a cash purchase; they refused to do so & took it to a whole other level (shameful). Neither the other 2 younger employees would (male & female) process cash only claiming the older male was the only one to work the register. Then to back up the older employee's outburst, the younger male lied saying (before he revealed no split purchase) that I was hostile. This place has improved so much in the last year the management here is awesome and the cashier's are very friendly so I would recommend people coming here and even the BAR-B-Q place that is connected they have come along way from a year ago. There bathrooms are always clean and they go above and beyond to help if u can't find something

Stopped here on the way to Florida. The cashier was very pleasant and friendly. Gas prices were definitely cheaper than most, and pumps flowed very well. We will definitely be stopping back through on they back home.

I go in to buy a roll of lottery tickets and the guy blatantly tell me "NO" VERY RUDE on doing that. I wouldn't recommend on buying tickets from this location I'd drive a extra few miles to buy them if I had to. This store will loose my business after today's encounter.

Omg, this place is like wonderland. The cashier Tia is so pleasant. She greeted me, helped me find what I was looking for. The store is so clean. Everytime I come in and she's there my heart melts. This the only store I can go in and feel good energy. She deserves all the good things coming to her #West Corruthers she needs to be notice.

This company can't have an afternoon shift cashier who has had very minimal experience. Stood in line for a substantial amount of time and the cashier kept making repeated calls to manager. Needs better training for employees.
