I seriously can't believe people give this place 5 stars. The most incompetent, rude, confused people work here. Clearly they don't have weekly/monthly meetings because the communication is nonexistent between the employees. Someone will tell you one thing and the other one will tell you something completely different. Save yourself a headache and go to a different pharmacy. Nothing but a bunch of hillbillies clearly.

Absolutely worst compounding pharmacy ever! Nobody knows anything and I think they honestly make up the rules as they go. People are rude including the pharmacists. Now I know why no one has given them a review in 2 years. I really hope the owner sees this and sits everybody down to get everybody on the right track. Clearly they need it!

I was lucky enough to get to know Mrs Sherry Murphy in my trading/investment career. Since then my trading has increased a lot. What can i say... Sherry provided an Unique trading earnings. It is really one of a kind and has it's own league. But i can confidently say that, Sherry's trading is the most useful and has really increase my life and family standard. I Invested $1000 and make $14000 after just seven days of investing with Sherry , the money i spent on the course, is a well spent money and a good investment, i never regret it. I live in Knoxville, but came to Oak Ridge to Mac’s Pharmacy to get my 1st COVID-19 vaccine. I’m so glad that I did! Even though it was raining, and super busy - the process was quick and ran like a well oiled machine. Even though the healthcare workers were out there in the rain, they were kind and patient. I’m so glad that my Oak Ridger friend recommended Mac’s. It was worth the drive from Knoxville. I was nervous about getting the vaccine, but they made the process painless. Thank you Again!

My family had used bigger, well known pharmacies in the past. They were not always convenient for us. We decided to change to Mac's on Edgemoor due to the good reputation in the area. We are so happy we did! They are so friendly, convenient and make us feel like we are part of the family everytime we walk in.

Amazing service and even more amazing people. I've never enjoyed going to the pharmacy before but everyone is so friendly and kind even when you have to call with a million questions!! Highly recommend.

This is a great pharmacy! The folks are friendly and knowledgeable and always helpful! I have used them for many years and the personal service is so much mire valuable to me than a large corporation that doesn’t know me!! I have dozens of stories of how great they are!!

If your looking for a friendly place where they care about you, look no further. They remember your name ask about your kids, but more importantly ensure you know everything about your prescriptions. When I didn’t have refills let, they contacted my doctor to ensure I did not miss my medication.

Mac Pharmacy does a great job with my Dad's meds. They package them in a blister pack that makes it so easy for dispensing. Monica goes above and beyond to accommodate any special requests. Great customer service, you can tell they genuinely care about their customers.
