4 people in the store counting us. Had a BOGO paid with a 20 got 4 back for a 6.99 item. The register crashed, rebooted, order lost, 30 mins in now and still no food to us. Finally we get it all straight, then the food comes. Next customer ordered, came right out, and BOOM IT WAS WRONG!! The mgmt there SUCKS !!!!! Never again at this location

DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE. The Owner is either hateful towards certain people or just only hires people he likes. I had an interview there a couple weeks ago and the Manager there was one of the sweetest and kindest souls ive met. Interview went great and she even offered me a position all she had to do was talk to the owner about it first. 2 Weeks go by and i hear nothing back. I called yesterday and was told by the Owner that " There isnt any positions available and to keep looking for work" Why would there be no positions available right after i was just offered a job at the restaurant???? The staffing and Manager there are genuine and kind souls but the owner is just someone who plays favorites i guess. Sad to see people in this world act like this when we all are struggling in life. Hope everything goes well for the staffing there though <3

The food was great. The gallon of tea that I bought is absolutely disgusting. It tastes like straight up cloves and I had to throw it away. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean though and very accommodating when I asked for some Texas Pete and jalapeños.

Do NOT and guys, i cant stress this enough, do not go to this location, youre better off driving a few extra mins to the harden valley one or somewhere else because the manager here is legitimately disgusting, her attitude is utterly repulsive, after skimping me on nachos, cheese and everything inbetween to the point a NEW BORN INFANT could have picked the tray she gave it to me in up with its pinky, when i told her i wanted it made correctly she informed me everything is "weighed out" and that it was "going to be the exsact same so i dont want you to be surprised when you see it" and gave me the grosses smug smile, never in my life have i wanted to smack someone so bad, absolutely disgusting like its unreal, i should have took a picture of itbefore throwing it away and asking for my money back cause it was litterally so pitiful, ive met and chatted with the owner before, *he told me about how his wife was the one that came up with the orange in the tea* he is an amazing guy who cares about his customers, and i just know that had he of been there, it would of went down completely different, this is actually the second time that this location has skimped me of portions to in the last 2 months, which is crazy cause it was the first location i ever tried when i moved here 7months ago and my portions at that time were perfect, to the point i got hooked on petros, now they got this lady there managing it and its no Bueno, every other location actually gives you enough that it makes the price worth it, if every location begins skimping like this thought, i fear ill never have the desire to eat at petros again, and thats just heartbreaking
