They never answer their phone, and they are rude. Someone in my class had the same bad experience with Powell Power Equipment. That was my first and last time to go there.

Put my push motor in there shop to have a new pull string in it the deck had a crack in it would not put string in it. Still charged me $62.50 what a RIP off would not take anything to them.

I've been using them for 5 years for all my mower needs. Purchased my mower there 5 years ago, get my blade sharpened there, maintenance parts and supplies. Everyone is always helpful, Misty is great, she's been there as long as I've been going there.
