Powell Station Park

Hours: Powell Station Park has a great splash pad for young kids and a nice pavilion for birthdays. The park also has a large covered picnic area with picnic tables and plenty of seating for grown ups to keep an eye on the kiddos. A playground and play structure gives some afternoon shade from a large tree and a slide be wet. The park has a 9-hole disc golf course and a frisbee golf course that are short but challenging and fun. A skateboarding area and a water pad. Restrooms were locked. The disc golf area is muddy after rain because it is built on a floodplain, but volunteer could help show pads and baskets.
