“Marty, is an asset. He was running the register, I'm patient, had a return, he did VERY good due diligence, taking care of his register, but still help me find what I needed. He found what I needed, for an over 40 year old chainsaw. That another couldn't, even with part number. 2nd return, given by another, not his fault, but he inspired me to return to the store.. Offered home ship.. he's what you need in your organization. He moves. Searched inventory well, better than the first, found 2 options for me.. good with pc entry.. Hard to find. I'm giving 5 because of him, however, inventory was off, in my case, but he took care of the customers.Fix inventory, please. He tried to accommodate me, showed in, but wasn't. That's an inventory problem. Not his.”

“Rented at 26’ on Monday the day it snowed like crazy. Still got my haul moved safe and sound. Dropped it off but they had closed early. Luckily they had a key drop and I even used their snow brush to clean off my vehicle before I left.”

“It was a great experience driving the 26' U-Haul from Northern California to Knoxville TN. It was a great ride with the exception, the truck was not built for sleeping. We had a car transporter. Had two separate flats on different days. It was an inconvenience, but U-Haul provided exceptional support service. They were supportive and very professional. I will definitely recommend U-Haul to others and will be using them again in the near future.”
“Great experience. I had rented a truck from another location in town. Unfortunately that other location couldn’t provide the trucks as they were down for maintenance.Rick called and was able to work with me to find the truck I needed. Although it took a few days and fortunately I had a flexible schedule, I was able to get the truck I needed. This location provided reasonable and satisfactory service given the circumstances. I will return next time I need a truck.”

“Based on previous reviews I was a little concerned about picking up a truck from this location.My concerns were completely unfounded.I arrived early for my pickup time. He was not there, so I called the number on the door. He answered right away.He was already on his way. Turns out he was returning with another UHaul truck. He arrived before my scheduled pickup time and was very helpful with the checkout - unlike many other locations I have dealt with. Checkout was very smooth.When I returned with my rental, he was onsite. Again, he was very helpful. Even when I had an issue with my personal vehicle, he went out of his way to help me resolve it - totally above and beyond what anyone would expect.Check-in was flawless.I would never hesitate to rent from this location again!”
