You can’t get a hold of anyone at the Powell location. What are you supposed to do when you can’t drive. So frustrating. I would give it a 0 (zero) if there was one. Terrible.

In preparation for a move, an associate suggested placing a vacation hold on my mail to be picked up at a later date. On the day that the hold expired, an individual named JR called me to say that my carrier had delivered my mail, but that I could request to pick it up at the post office. Since I was unable to reach anyone by phone, I went to the post office to try and collect my mail. This turned out to be a dead end, since the mail had already been delivered, and the carrier was unable to return the mail to the office.
I submitted a change of address, and was told to expect delivery within 2-4 weeks. After a month of not receiving any mail at the forwarding address, I went back to the post office to try to resolve the problem. Upon inquiry, an associate informed me the fowarding status was active, but the carrier had forgot to remove the vacation hold and the mail would be forwarded immediately. None of this made any sense, given my mail was supposedly delivered after the hold had expired weeks ago. Nonetheless, I waited an additional week only to encouter the same issue of no mail being delivered. I visited the office again, speaking with the same associate the week prior, who escalated the issue to the postmaster. I also put in a service request for lost mail. In total, its been over 2 months without any mail.

Horrible experience at this location (Powell). After waiting in line for 15 minutes. J.R. requested I get back in line after picking my shipping bag to write down the address. I declined as I had already waited in line for help with picking the right package. As he continued to argue with me about the quickness of helping those behind me, I reminded him that he just took a personal cell phone call during a transaction with the customer before me, holding up the line. He became irate, said he was going on break, put up the lane closed sign, and told me I could wait on the lady next to him.He said he was the manager and could do that! I asked the woman, she said he is NOT the manager and suggested I reach out to Eddie about my complaint. To no surprise, Eddie was just as unprofessional. He interrupted me and tried to quickly justify the situation before I was half way through explaining the problem.I brought to his attention the lack of consider I am receiving once again and asked who I should speak to in order to have this situation properly handled. He said he was the only worker available at the moment and asked if I could come in person and resolve the issue with J.R. present. Why would I feel comfortable as a woman being around two men in person who show verbal aggression and lack of care or consideration for customers. My next step is to write a letter to USPS corporation. Hopefully my voice will be heard.

The two ladies told me today that because I am Latino and do not know English they would not serve me, it seemed like racism to me... I go to many stores and they always help me or we use the cell phone to communicate, that is what I call generosity, but this is not the case with the Two ladies, you should go home and put others in their place and if you know how to treat people, the same God bless you

I never get my packagesEdit: a year later and still having issues. They need to get eye exams before hiring their drivers. At least 5 times they deliver to the wrong house. I'm sick of this.

Waited all day for a package, just for the post carrier to leave me a note saying that I'm not present and have to pickup my package. They didn't even bother knocking

My Amazon package was delivered to someone else. They confuse my address with Deville Way often. Please retrieve my package and deliver correctly to me. The carriers are so overworked they don’t read addresses correctly.

I paid for signature confirmation for an expensive item to be delivered to my door and signed for. The carrier signed it himself and stuffed it in the mail box. No refund for extra charge and sorry have a nice day from the postmaster.
