Horrible experience at this location (Powell). After waiting in line for 15 minutes. J.R. requested I get back in line after picking my shipping bag to write down the address. I declined as I had already waited in line for help with picking the right package. As he continued to argue with me about the quickness of helping those behind me, I reminded him that he just took a personal cell phone call during a transaction with the customer before me, holding up the line. He became irate, said he was going on break, put up the lane closed sign, and told me I could wait on the lady next to him.He said he was the manager and could do that! I asked the woman, she said he is NOT the manager and suggested I reach out to Eddie about my complaint. To no surprise, Eddie was just as unprofessional. He interrupted me and tried to quickly justify the situation before I was half way through explaining the problem.I brought to his attention the lack of consider I am receiving once again and asked who I should speak to in order to have this situation properly handled. He said he was the only worker available at the moment and asked if I could come in person and resolve the issue with J.R. present. Why would I feel comfortable as a woman being around two men in person who show verbal aggression and lack of care or consideration for customers. My next step is to write a letter to USPS corporation. Hopefully my voice will be heard.

The two ladies told me today that because I am Latino and do not know English they would not serve me, it seemed like racism to me... I go to many stores and they always help me or we use the cell phone to communicate, that is what I call generosity, but this is not the case with the Two ladies, you should go home and put others in their place and if you know how to treat people, the same God bless you

I never get my packagesEdit: a year later and still having issues. They need to get eye exams before hiring their drivers. At least 5 times they deliver to the wrong house. I'm sick of this.

I think Mich is the name of the man who helped me locate my Christmas packages that got dropped at the wrong address.. Thank you so much for finding them and being so nice on the phone. Sorry if the name is wrong.

Waited all day for a package, just for the post carrier to leave me a note saying that I'm not present and have to pickup my package. They didn't even bother knocking

My Amazon package was delivered to someone else. They confuse my address with Deville Way often. Please retrieve my package and deliver correctly to me. The carriers are so overworked they don’t read addresses correctly.

Mothers day gift couldn't be delivered due to the employees not wanting to do their job and deliver the items. Thank you USPS

I paid for signature confirmation for an expensive item to be delivered to my door and signed for. The carrier signed it himself and stuffed it in the mail box. No refund for extra charge and sorry have a nice day from the postmaster.

With Postmaster Dejoy my PO box rates have doubled in a year. I have had boxes since the late 80's. Price increases were every 2-3 years and only a couple of dollars. I have never had a bad experience with any employee here. I am thinking I may have to close my box because of the increase. I wonder why it costs me more for Po Box? It costs the Post office more to street deliver. Makes no sense.

Really impressed with the manager who called me last night about my packages being left at a garage which I don't have multiple times a month. I know when it happens it isn't my regular mail person. It is an inconvenience, but understanding the situation and why this is happening helps. Just having someone say, yes I can see that they are being left at the wrong address and taking ownership makes me feel a little better about the situation. Thank you!

Letter carrier seems to have a reading problem. Get neighbors mail quite regularly. Some days no one on our street even see their mail.

People in the office are friendly. But the Amazon carrier caused my package to be late. Pulled into the parking lot of our business and never attempted to get out and deliver. Just looked and kept going. Their customer service number is a joke.

The worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. From our letter carrier to the customer service at the office itself, no one is friendly or can seem to do a good job. I run a small business where I have to ship a lot of packages and I’ve started using UPS, even though it’s slightly more expensive, just because I hate dealing with them so much.

Although maps said the hours were 8:30-4:30, the website said the hours were 8:30-4:30, and the sign on the door said the hours were 8:30-4:30, this branch was not open at 1:30 on a Monday. Though we considered they may have trouble staffing, there was no sign posted stating that they were closed for any reason, and after calling, their recording said they were closed. If you’re going to be closed on a certain day, make it known!!!
