Today was an amazing experience at Verizon.. Nora at the location 442 E Emory Rd Powell Tn she made us feel welcome and knowledgeable regarding cellular service and products to meet our needs.. Nora is the absolute best representative from any Version stores in Tn and Tx!!! Nora made our messed up day much more pleasant.. thanks Dave and Jackie Hooker

I've been a steadfast supporter of Cellular Sales, a certified dealer for Verizon, for many years now, but my experience since September of last year compels me to share my story, in hopes that no one else has to endure what I have. My ordeal began with an upgrade to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. From that moment, my account became entangled in an unimaginable mess. Somehow, it was mishandled into a limbo state between a business and consumer account. This error led to one of the accounts being sent to collections, further complicating my situation. Despite my attempts to resolve this, Cellular Sales' solution was for me to pay for both accounts, an unreasonable expectation since nothing was my fault.The repercussions of this error were manifold. I was unable to process my $850 trade-in due to these account issues. Now, I find myself with three phones: my trade-in, the iPhone 15 Pro Max I paid for but can't use, and a loaner phone that was supposed to be a temporary solution. Yet, neither of the phones I own are of any use to me. I've lost access to essential features and conveniences - my passwords, apps, MagSafe chargers, and even my two-stage authentication for work are all in disarray.For six long months, I've been charged for services I can't use, with no credit for my trade-in, no refunds for the extra expenses, and no compensation for the tremendous inconvenience and frustration. Despite my patient efforts to diagnose and resolve these issues with Cellular Sales, my account situation has only worsened.My patience has been stretched to its limits. All I seek now is an end to this ongoing nightmare. The lack of resolution, accountability, and compensation for my troubles has been deeply disheartening. It's difficult to reconcile this experience with the years of loyalty I've shown to Cellular Sales. My hope in sharing this is that it might prevent similar distress for others and prompt Cellular Sales to take immediate action to resolve such grave errors in the future.Sincerely, Brendon

James Gray made my DAY! After dropping my phone in the lake, I was obviously in a compromised mood. From the moment I stepped in the store, James greeted me with a calm and confident response basically, "Let's see what I can do to help you get what you need!" He calmly explained my choices, helped me jump through the road blocks to setting up a new account, and gave me the BEST service I've ever had in a cellular store, EVER! I was actually HAPPY when I left. Thank you James for making lemonade out of my sour day!

Linwood and Imran were fantastic. I needed internet in a hurry. Unfortunately Verizon doesn't provide home internet at my property, but they were able to offer me a premium plan for each of my devices to increase my mobile hotspot data and also recommended a Jetpack (which i purchased) as a backup. This was a great experience. Highly recommend visiting Verizon on Emory!
