“Dr. Snow and Tim (her husband - he works the front desk) are always responsive and has worked my pets in as a drop off whenever they are in pain or need to be seen quickly. I have seen past reviews about rude staff. Whoever that was no longer works there. I had to have a cat put down, and Dr. Snow and the techs had their eyes watering during it.
