Where do you guys get off demanding employees come in, even if 7 inches of snow?? Are yall gonna replace their cars when they wreck? Are yall gonna replace their lives if they die in the wreck? This is ridiculous and I for one would like to know why you think the health and safety is worth a few dollars in a snow storm?

I went to the Athen’s Weigel’s next to I-75 and I will never be back. The staff is hateful and rude. I was purchasing several drinks and I provided my Weigel’s rewards number on my app so I was going to be receiving the discounted price but I was overcharged not only once but twice. The first time she told me a price and it wasn’t discounted then the next time it was still incorrect. She had to get another person to come look at the sale but neither one wanted to explain the overcharge. I finally just asked for a refund and that is when they got really rude. Whenever someone is hired please make sure they are good with the public. These two individuals are not what I consider customer service oriented. I wish I could give this store a 0 star rating.

Crappy company. No communication went in for a job they told me they’d get back with me 3 weeks pass not a single response I call them back the lady who spoke with me was completely rude telling me they already told me the position was filled when I I said I hadn’t received a call about it I griped at them hung up on

Got double charged, may have been an honest mistake but they won't own it because it happened during the holiday with my loyalty card and the only user of my card for the last 15 years...and 20.00 is all it takes to lose a loyal customer

I will never be back they put the the nasty coffee grind machines. Half a cup or you run it over to get a full cup. You get a cup and after the foam goes down its black and looks like used motor oil. The old coffee machine just sits empty all the time went in 4 morning in a row and not coffee. They took out the half and half creamer machines. Between myself and my crew we spend over a hundred dollars a day on food and fuel today makes 7 days we have went other places. Have seen several of the older regulars customers where we are shopping now. Now they have went to card only and several of the neighbors that live close to be all day they will never be back. I bet the old brothers that started it are rolling over in there graves. Maybe they should step back and look at other business that have went to the modern market bush beer lost billions TSC are back pedeling now trying to get the farmers back and the list goes on maybe in 10 years when us old people are gone these ideas will would but not today folks

Cut costs everywhere they possibly can to the point that every store has bags that cannot hold any ounce of weight. Yall want to compete with Casey's and bucees without apparently realizing they don't cut corners like you folks do at every single chance you have my local weigels used to be worth something now its at the level of a raceway or BP not even worth the gas yall pump.

I don't understand the new rule. No more coffee made after 2pm. Well I don't like to wait on the slow machine. You will get more complaints on this. I drink only your coffee.

Usto love Weigels here in Tennessee. Here for awhile now there never have food available corn dogs hot dogs selection of any donuts and when you ask a employee they don't have a answer they just look confused and act like they don't care. Done with this gas station very poor service.

I work for weigels 65 where John Kyle is our manager. I was in weigels 65 on my way to my day job and I left in tears. John Kyle literally bought toys to hand out to the children as they came in before school. The looks on their little faces and the shrill of excitement they displayed had everyone in there smiling and overwhelmed. He was their true life Santa. You never know when a child may get nothing and this man made some children's dream come true. So proud of you John Kyle .

What a bad experience was at the north shore and Pellissippi store bought a small slim jim marked $2.19 went to the register man said it was $4.79, i told him it is marked $2.19 he said it was wrong never got up to check and I assure you a small slim jim is not 4.79 he said oh well was real rude, he was a large fat guy. I said go look he said no end of discussion. Wow what a crook and lazy well cross off that store.

Use the mobile app to pay for gas. Ended up choosing the wrong location. Someone was able to get $20 worth of gas even though I wasn't even at the location. They won't dispute the charge because they said I am still responsible. Now there is a $30 ACH charge with it. I am never going to another Weigel's location. This was literally sent to a collection agency over $20. Y'all are cheap as hell.

Recently gone into just about every weigel i pass for coffee. Love the cinnamon coffee rolls. Recently their donut cases have been filled with these little gnats all over the donuts, I brought it to Management's attention but nothing has been done so maybe now it's time to call the health department

I stop at the 1 on Callahan 3 times a day because I work close by...I got mu usual weigels tea..1.48 with tax included..I told the lady 8.52 in gas on pump 14....I gave her a 20, which leaves my change as $10..i won't put the whole 10 minute ridiculous saga on here, but I will never go back...foolishness..hello Casey's
