“I just have to say that I have lived here for almost a year and I love my apt.So does my father who lives in the apt. next to mine.There is a new manager here and she's doing the very best to her ability to deal with each issue with the most urgent first.And it's been difficult for her to do what's necessary and important when she has to deal with trash issues,small children running around without parental control etc.. And most of the issues aren't from residents but from either their visitors,or just plain ole heathens riding thru,There might be issues that each apt have,and I feel in time they will be addressed. It's not management's fault that past residents didn't respect or appreciate their home enough to keep it in proper condition.And I'm sure they never reported a issue when they had one because of some rule they were breaking!I love Countryside Apts,and it is 100% better and safer than in the past.”
