“If you have to go to Home Depot, choose this one. Kelly (sp?) the brand new supervisor took time to make sure he fixed what the dot com people totally messed up. I appreciate good customer service over almost anything. The woman who answered the phone and tried to help me first was also helpful, but I failed to get her name. After a fruitless conversation with a robotic sounding & disinterested dot Com person, it was nice to feel like my concern was valid & my business and time valued.”
