My husband and I live near this shell, and go quite often. Lately the staff have been rude and unhelpful. My husband went in there once and asked to put mustard on a sandwich, and the staff member said “why don’t you make it a little more difficult for us”. My husband said to forget it and walked out. Well we it gave it a second chance and have been going there again. Today he went in, and had a case of beer in one hand and a ice drink in the other with no top and something else. (Bc you have to get the top at the counter now). He was struggling to hold all the stuff and accidentally dropped the icee on the ground. Staff member said “I guess that’s another thing we have to clean up and rolled their eyes at my husband”. Again he left. We are not those people who expect everyone to be chipper and happy about their day, but we do expect some human decency to be respectful to one another.
