Very simple process with acquiring unit online as well as getting my free lock out of the unit. Everything was a breeze.

Renting online experience was very easy and when I had trouble getting in the gate the costumer service employee I spoke to was very helpful. Not only did she help me with the gate, she made sure I found my unit, it opened properly, and a new lock was waiting inside.

When I originally purchased my unit, I had issues with my gate code. Called customer service and in less than 2 minutes they solved the issue and had me fixed up. Great service and super friendly.
