Great, friendly service! I came in after a long day at work to get a replacement for a blown headlight. Danny was behind the counter and when I asked him which aisle to look in, he went out to my car, took out the old one, helped me find the correct replacement, and popped the new one back in - all in a couple of minutes! Such a treat after spending 30 minutes on YouTube fiddling with the last one I replaced myself.

Bad day? Low employee morale? Something traumatic happened to counter help? Idk, but can't say I'd feel 'safe' returning to this location. Dead eyes, non verbal,willing to harm you vibes.

I went by here yesterday because one of my lights in my car was out ( an important one the break lights on the back of my car) and the very nice gentlemen that helped me was very helpful and quick, friendly & cared to help me. I explained that I had went to another auto part store it was in Hixson and it was Advance auto part went there 2 X's and I was sold the wrong bulb TWICE and the girl didn't even really want to help me, but my point is I am a single mom and I don't know what I am doing and I just needed a little help and Danny helped me at O'Rileys. He was very nice and he WANTED to help me get the right bulb and I was very appreciative because I could get pulled over or get a ticket for having a light out. I just wanted to say thank you Danny for your help, I was so relieved that this is fixed. Thank you Danny!!

Remeber the days when no matter which auto parts place you went there was at least one guy at the counter who knew his stuff. Well not anymore. That's why now, O'Reillys is my first local choice. Two reasons I look here first, 1) they actually have legitimate mechanics or at least knowledgeable folks at the counter 2) military discount (active & veterans).For whatever reason, these auto parts stores don't care about new employees knowledge base. Just warm bodies that (generally) can work a register. No "know-how" necessary. In order of competence I suggest O'Reilly, Ad××××e, & forget about a×××-z××e - they really don't care. So if you're just needing a part w no advice - any may do. If you're looking for knowledgeable folks you have to go to O'Reillys. Thank- you for caring enough about us customers to look for quality employees, nowadays it actually means a lot.

The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They have always installed batteries in my car and extended family, always at no charge. Usually have batteries at 3 or 4 price points. Also will look up and give help on engine error codes.

I've always had good experiences at this store. Staff is friendly and helpful. Most recently, I went in with multiple issues and Keir took the time to go through each of them with me, helped me figure out what I needed, and helped me get everything fixed in the parking lot. I was very happy with his service and hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

I’m a delivery driver with a headlight out. I thought I was going to have a bad evening trying to figure out what to do. I stopped into the red Bank O’Reillys and met Krista. Krista says let’s go out and look at it and takes it out, jiggles it around, put it back in and it works again. Krista saved me $18 to replace a headlight I might otherwise would have blindly paid to change because she cared. She cared enough to come out and put her head underneath the hood and check it out. I love a woman in a position that obviously enjoys her career doing what is categorically male. I can’t thank O’Reilly‘s enough for saving me at least two delivery rides of pay…You have me as a customer now vs. all other parts stores.

Was given the wrong part by mistake. Went back in and the lady on the register beside me couldn't be quite and just cash her customer out. She had to be loud and would not stop talking over who was trying to help me. Safe kept telling me I was wrong, it didn't come from that store, ECT...very unnecessary and rude. I walked off to grab my oil change and she kept yelling at me over the shelves. I finally walked back up and asked her if she was the manager. She said no, so I asked her to leave me alone. The manager comes in and asked what the problem was. I time him my part problem and he was done with me in 2 minutes. She was still trying to talk to me. I won't go back bc she is so rude!!!!!
