We had a biker fellowship dinner here and oh my gosh it was some of the best home cooking I have had in a long while. The staff were super nice and catered to our every need.

Absolutely love the Coles! They treat you like family and truly care about you! The hotel is like walking into history. Highly recommend making a visit!

It’s an historic home that no one has updated in 70 years. It’s located in the middle of Nowhere TN. We didn’t go for the location. We went for a ghost hunt. Glad we only booked one night because it was horrible. I do not recommend staying there. Maybe just do the ghost hunt weekend. Stay at another location near by. There is a spa/hotel across the street. It would HAVE TO BE BETTER!
Rooms: Horrible! We are not use to accommodations this horrific.
Nearby activities: No near by activities. You would literally just be going to investigate the residence. And I suggest staying somewhere else.
Safety: That’s questionable
Walkability: Nothing you can walk to, nothing at all.
Food and drinks: They served us supper, midnight snack and breakfast. We left before breakfast, because the rooms were so bad.
Noteworthy details: The home has not been updated, they should put some money back into the home. It would be a beautiful place if someone took the time.

The place was beautiful could use a good Dustin and clean and it did smell very musky the food was okay I was just bringing a coolerand some ice . The Ghost Hunt was more comical not serious at all we got up and left 5 minutes into it because everyone was laughing and making a joke of the whole thing and went out on her own Ghost Hunt I will suggest avoiding the Ghost Hunt experience I'm going out on your own exploring

I visited several years ago and just loved it! It’s so beautiful and has the antique feel you would expect from a very old historic hotel. I read recent reviews about odors and negative things but I went back and the place was just as great as I remembered it being!

This house needs to be condemned. Don’t eat the food! Walk into the kitchen you’ll see why. Fleas on the furniture. Floors feel like you could fall through. Rotted windows. It stinks to high heaven. So glad we didn’t take a bag in. Not haunted. Non professional ghost team. A loss of money. Don’t sign any paper!!!! It’s so you can’t sue them. It’s a dangerous place because it has not been kept up. Extremely dirty. If you’re accustomed to filth then by all means go.

Loved the kind staff for food, and the room was so old and creepy-loved it. The only thing to be wary of is the smell of the gas heating in the house. Otherwise, it’s absolutely lovely.
