Cluttered, unappealing, poorly decorated, not very clean. Decorater should be fired. I left after first day. They just want money for ghost hunting that is unprofessional and staged.Walkability: Boring

We went to a haunted investigation and had a great time. Takes you back in time.Walkability: Gravel drive up hill to a small parking area. There is a walkway to the front and a ramp. it is a bit narrow.

We did the haunted weekend haunted ghost tours. It was amazing. The house did not disappoint. I heard disembodied voices, whistling and more. I will be visiting again.

I've been investigating the Thomas House for over 5 years, and spent many nights sleeping here. It's always clean and comfortable. And the fried chicken, banana pudding and chocolate gravy are just a few of the scrumptious delights cooked on site. The owners, David, Darrell, and Cherry have put their heart and soul into this storied site. They've recently updated several rooms, while maintaining the historic ambiance.I appreciate the authentic and rustic charm of the Thomas House, right down to the aroma of sulphur. There would be no Red Boiling Springs without the sulphur springs on which the town was established.Reviews stating the hotel isn't haunted are hilarious. A common theme among inexperienced ghost hunters is thinking a place isn't haunted after one attempt to investigate. Spirit energy doesn't just show up on cue. Seasoned paranormal investigators understand this. Not pleased with the public ghost hunt? The hotel is available to every guest to investigate ALL NIGHT after the public ghost hunt is completed. The Thomas House is a welcoming and historic location operated by a wonderful family who take their jobs as caretakers and stewards very seriously. It is not a 5-star hotel. It's not supposed to be.

Have been out to ghost hunt several times and have had a great time. The fried chicken is amazing! Love the classic feel and vibes. Ghosts do what they want and have had times of being on edge with activity and some times not but always worth the adventure!!

Amazing staff, wonderful food, and a great experience. Not only is the hotel inviting, the staff make you feel like you are home. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel or ghost hunt weekends.

Do not do the ghost hunt weekend. There is nothing haunted about the place. I fell asleep during part of the hunt. Very expensive, the place smells horrible, the foods, not that great, the ghost, hunters, orange into the ghost hunt themselves.Rooms: Spider webs, musty. Slept on top of all the bedding. I was afraid to go under the covers.
