They only had one employee I was in there and waited for over an hour and couldn't be seen I had kids with me that after an hour had to go to the bathroom so I had to leave got nothing accomplished huge waste of time if they make you wait more than an hour they should provide bathrooms for you.

If this place had more than 1 employee at a time in it and the employee was better trained they wouldn't take so long to help 1 person. Because we have been in here to return an old phone and the person on duty wouldn't take it because she didn't know how to get into the system to find out what was going on with it because she wasn't the one that initially took care of us so yes the employees needs to be better trained.

Hannah was friendly and helpful from start to finish. She took the time to help me with multiple issues (personal, not phone) in order to navigate through my phone. She explained what to expect and what to look for , reasons why, and that if an issues or questions arise, when she worked and how to reach her. Thank you!
