I agree with the previous poster. I interviewed at Cintas. I had supervisors tell me that I was impressive. I was also assured that I would hear about their final decision within a couple days. After about a week, I started calling /emailing Tammy and leaving messages just looking for an update about the hiring decision. I was given ZERO communication. I even called and left a message for the general manager. Again , zero response or courtesy. My feelings about it were if they declined to hire me, fine. But please let me know. After at least 3 weeks of Tammy dodging my phone calls, she did leave me a voicemail stating that Cintas communicates their hiring decisions via email. I scoured my email, spam, everything....no communication from Cintas. I called back and left a msg that I had not received such an email and surprise surprise....no response from Tammy. I eventually gave up trying to receive any communication from Tammy or anyone else at Cintas and realized I was probably being passed up because I am a female over 45 years of age with an identifiable disability. Probably not a culture I would want to work in. Then weeks later, after I gave up trying to receive any type of communication at all.....I get a rejection email. I am not writing this because I was rejected. I am writing this because of the way I as a very viable candidate was treated. A little courtesy, communication and clarification would have been the professional and kind way to handle things. I don't mind being rejected, everyone gets rejected at some point in life. It's pretty sad and a shame that Tammy could fire someone who was under doctors care and had a doctor note for work 3 weeks before Christmas what a place to work......

I wear their uniforms they are terrible on service they Short me uniforms from time to time if you get stains on them they still show after their supposed to clean them I wish we had another uniform company

If I had a complaint it would be your on-site mechanic (Justin) being too good at his job causing me to miss out on work ?. Seriously it’s a pleasure working with you ALL!
