“They see your pet quickly and are efficient and friendly but my cat was thoroughly freaked out after all the handling. It's not too expensive HOWEVER I forgot to show them my $20 off exam coupon before paying. When I asked if it was too late to be credited the said they can't take it off after the invoice was paid. My fault but I wish they could've helped there.”

I have a medium sized lab who I rescued from an abusive home, and due to that she is skittish and afraid of people she does not know or trust. The reception, vet & vet techs treated her above and beyond what I expected. They were very thorough with her checkup despite her behavior & they understood what my babygirl went through without labeling her. Also very affordable for the quality treatment you receive. I won't be going to any other vet!”

“My pup was very old, sick, and hurting terribly. They cared so well for her but unfortunately there was no real solution. I had to make that decision no pet owner wants to make. The employees were absolutely amazing and compassionate as I dealt with it and made the calls to the family. They let me lay in the floor and love on her till the end and a little bit after. It sucks putting your friend down but they made it as bearable as possible. If we ever are strong enough to have another furbaby there is only one place we will trust with their care. “This would have easily been a 5 star review if the prescription process to refill wasn't so slow. I needed to pick up my prescription today and I called first thing this morning to be told they'd call it in. So I called back hours later and only then they proceeded to tell me there's a 24 hour notice. Other than that the Vet was very good and was able to determine my dog had a fungus issue. Something the vet across the street failed to do in multiple visits and lying to me about treatment.”
“So grateful to have found Riverside. My cat is a handful who can be anxious/aggressive with vet visits, but they've been patient and kind with her. When she was too agitated for a scheduled dental exam, Dr. Wulforst called to let me know that if it was her cat, she wouldn't want to continue pushing with the level of distress Rudy had and higher risk that entails, which was honesty I very much appreciated. We made a plan instead to add another medication beforehand, go straight to the cat-only waiting area, and have me stay with her until she was under anesthesia to keep her comfortable. Dr. Wulforst kept the rescheduled appointment despite the massive snow and somewhat treacherous conditions so Rudy was able to be taken care of promptly despite the various barriers. All of my questions have been answered kindly and with patients, and the complicated health situation was explained to me clearly and accessibly. Only have good things to say.”
“I have been going to Rocky Hill for a little over a year and they have been nothing but amazing. I have a very sensitive rescue dog that needs a little extra attention. On my first visit, I knew I would have to do everything in my power to make this my forever vet. The vet tech who first met Neyla got on the floor and made sure my dog was comfortable with him before proceeding with the visit. Dr. Jeter was the first one to see us and I felt like he truly cared about us and wanted to come up with a solution that would work for us. He helped prescribe medication and we discussed a diet that would ultimately turn my dog into the dog I always knew she could be. Dr. Jeter has taken time to call me and discuss issues/prescribe medicine over the phone when I am out of town. You can almost always call Rocky Hill and get an appt. same day or the next without any issues. Every single time I call I get the help I need, and I feel they truly care about every animal and genuinely want to help. I recently had my first visit with Dr. Christie and she was exceptional as well. Rocky Hill is a place I can always count on regardless of the circumstances and they will always be eager to help. Thank you so much for everything that you all do and I’m happy to be part of the Rocky Hill family.”

“Big Springs did an absolutely fantastic job taking care of my cat, Yankee. We felt a growth on her belly and were very afraid of what that might mean given that she is fairly old. The technicians and Dr. Crump did an excellent job of examining her and explaining every step of the way. The surgery that she needed was effective and quick, and the itemized estimates were explained to us in simple terms so we knew everything that would happen to her and how much it would cost.Aftercare and followups were also very well done. We had phone calls and emails that offered a calming opportunity to ask questions. Without their help, we would no longer have Yankee, and for that we could not possibly thank or recommend them enough.”
“After initial visit, I would say all staff members were very friendly and really seem to love the animals. The waiting area wasn't crowded with a lot of pets waiting to be seen (which is nice when you have a rambunctious labrador). Dr. Black performed a thorough exam and provided a detailed health report. She is very personable and easy to talk to, as are the techs.”

“My dog Kaiser has been on the best behavior since his visits to West Bearden Veterinary Hospital. A different vet hospital refused to take Kaiser because he was anxious. But the staff at West Bearden were understanding and really came out to take on Kaiser's anxiety and put him at ease. He's been calm ever since and I really appreciate and I'm thankful for the staff meeting the challenge instead of refusing to take him. Surpringly Kaiser remained calm received vaccination and had blood drawn all on his first visit without any episodes. He's had overnight stays and I'm so thankful for the staff and their knowledge, that I will always bring Kaiser there for future stays and treatments. The staff didn't hesitate to meet Kaiser and assured me that they knew what to do if he did become anxious but he remained calm and was very receptive to their care. It has made it possible for me to take Kaiser on walks without him pulling the leash and that was something I wasn't expecting. But thanks to the knowledgeable staff and their expertise I can now walk Kaiser without him pulling to chase everything. I didn't bring Kaiser there for training that was just something the knowledgeable staff did in their normal scope of practice. West Bearden has made a very positive change in the behavior of my dog and I would recommend them to anyone that needed treatment for veterinary care. I'm so thankful for their expertise in knowing how to handle and treat dogs. Kaiser didn't recieve this kind of acceptance at a different hospital therefore West Bearden is the best!!!”

My dog just had her first visit here and everyone was so nice to her, she warmed up so fast for them and overall did well. “Dr. Ramsey is a really good veterinarian. He has been taking care of our 2 donkies for the past 8 years. He is very professional, polite, well mannered, very competent, and is always available in a reasonable amount of time. He is gentle with our donkies. He does not strong arm the animals or yell or carry on the way some less professional people do around equines. I recommend Dr. Ramsey as an excellent large animal veterinarian without reservation.”
