I was in a stressful situation after a $3,000 purse I was shipping was dropped off at the Murfreesboro location on South Church St. Despite the package never being scanned at her facility, Dawn dedicated her time to tracking it down for me. She was proactive, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. She even called me the moment it was finally scanned and located in Las Vegas. Her willingness to go over and beyond for a customer is a true testament to her professionalism. I highly recommend this location and especially Dawn for her exceptional help.”
“I stopped in last Wednesday to mail a letter and lost my set of keys. I've searched high and low all week long and never found them. This morning a lightbulb went off in my head and I realized I was in the post office mailing a letter on the day I lost my keys. So, I called our very sweet post master and she said she found a set of keys. I stopped in and what do you know, she had my long lost keys. I've had those keys and key chain for 20 years. Gotta love small towns, everyone looks out for one another!”
