The mail carrier for Rockvale so pitiful. He always has a very nasty attitude and will lie like he’s really knocking on doors for package signatures. Mark my word I will keep filing complaints until I don’t have to see you on my street. A compulsive liar he is.

Staff is personable and positive. That's a big plus considering how punishing it is to work for USPS. Rockvale PO is my go-to PO even when I'm closer to the ones in Murfreesboro. Be kind to your Postal Workers.

Mail delivery is terrible, mails will be delivered to different street with the same house#. It is been happening hundreds of times, all of us in the neighborhood posts for mails if anyone received any others. It happens with all homes in my neighborhood in rockvale.

Workers are great but why would they have a “packages” slot that isn’t large enough to actually fit a package in? Very disappointing and no other options presented as doorbell was not answered as it was a few minutes after closing.
