“Latest experiences have been excellent. Double checked the oil type because the book didn't list my older vehicle. I had picked up the wrong filter and they exchanged it for me without incident. While I was there I witnessed Ross dealing with an upset customer during a busy time of day. I thought he was extremely professional when most probably wouldn't have been. I have had issues in the past but this is clearly a different crew with an amazing coach.”
