Shape Up is a great gym and fitness center with a lot to offer. It is super clean, extremely clean, very well organized, and has ample space. The gym has great equipment and so many options to create your own workout. It suits all needs, with 24-hour access and some of the best security, making members feel safe. There is an area for little ones and great amenities, including a coffee and water station. The owners and staff are amazing, very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. People are very friendly. It is an awesome place to work out and is highly recommended.
The owners are amazing people they were very helpful. And since we are new to the area, they offered themselves to help in anyway outside of the gym experience as well. Great gym with a lot to offer.

Visited the gym as a guest, and if I lived closer I would have a membership here! It’s super clean, ample space, has an area for little ones and great amenities, even coffee/water station!!
