My taxes were done quickly and accurately while I waited. I received a much higher refund than I have when doing them myself with an online program. Well worth the cost! I will definitely be back!

never again will i file with jackson hewitt they charge way to much money and never help when you have questions cant ever tell you nothing all i get is im sorry well im sorry doesnt cut it for me when ive paid hundreds to file my taes and dont recieve any help or answers to my tax questions and i thought thats why i paid them ...but obviously not....this is the last year i deal with jackson hewitt....so i give no stars form my experience for the last 3 years but it wouldnt let me post without putting one up.

I always have a great experience with Jackson Hewitt. Today Karen prepared my taxes for me. Karen was very professional, friendly, helpful, and seemed to be extremely knowledgeable about what she was doing! I have used Jackson Hewitt for 4 years now, and I have no complaints. I do believe my experience with Karen today was the best out of all! From my experience, it's usually pretty quick to get thru preparing my taxes, and if you are getting the refund anticipation loan, mine has always been approved and put into my card within minutes of leaving Jackson Hewitt. I would definitely recommend Jackson Hewitt for your tax preparation needs!!!
