My husband and I are not all that smart when it comes to phone but the guys working at rogersville, tn location made swapping so easy and they even took the time to help us set up everything that we need on our phones. Most phone companies we have dealt with say here's your phone you need to download this and this to get your phone going all the way and then they leave you to do it. So far we are very happy with our service even though it's only been a day. We get a lot better service at our house then we did before.”
