The tattoo artist is great at what she does but the manner of scheduling and rescheduling appointments is lacking. What I consider the most un-professional is the fact she will make a post on facebook asking someone to come in last minute for an unexpected open spot instead of checking with clients that she has already rescheduled due to overbooking or double booking two people at the same time. The scheduling system and manner of doing so definitely needs to be worked on.Service: Tattoo design

I am so pleased. I have worked on this design for 2 years and Cate was able to make it happen so beautifully. the shop is clean and quiet and just feels homey. I hope to be able to get more some day!!
