“The manager of Bright Star Tax Office, actually works in West Knoxville then works evenings at the tax office during tax season. Most people make appointments, some drop off, etc. People who make appointments, provide a name and telephone number where they can be reached in case something were to happen resulting in having to reschedule. Bright Star Tax doesn't do virtual appointments as of yet...but they might want to consider it. On occasion, she might even be late to an appointment, due to unknown traffic conditions, out of her control. For the lady complaining, who I found out left a note but still didn't sign it or leave any contact info whatsoever. If you had only left your name and number, I'm sure the manager would have contacted you. She would not have made you an appointment and not shown up without trying to contact you. As a self employed individual, myself, I know the manager also does accounting and other business related services in addition to tax returns. If your appointment was scheduled for the 20th. She may have been late coming from Knoxville, but rest assured, she was there on the 20th, because the 20th is Sales Tax day for all the businesses. She has always gone above and beyond for so many. Always professional and personable. At times, she may be unable to respond immediately, if you call or text, but she will contact you when she has a chance. Hopefully you were able to get your tax return issues resolved elsewhere, but I assure you, you did not get better service or pricing than Bright Star Tax.”
