Best Goodwill around. We shop here weekly. Found some awesome furniture today. We love how this store is so much cleaner than the others and so much more organized. We will see you ladies next week.

Never going back to this place. I bought 2 cushions and was not satisfied with them. Took them back in less than an hour and they wouldn't let me exchange them for something else. I walked out and left the cushions on the counter. Disgusting place and disgusting business practices.

I shop all the Goodwills locally but Rutledge is my favorite. The new manager Audrey has did wonders with this place it's always stocked nice, very clean, organized, and she has the best staff they are not like most stores they have great customer service they will help you find anything, I'm a crafter and Audrey always throws ideas out to me about crafting. Great job ladies and lovely store! Thank you for being amazing Audrey and Autumn.

I frequently goto all the Goodwills in this this area Jefferson City, Morristown, Tazewell. This one in Rutledge is my favorite by far. Since Shelly took over the management of this location. It's always well stocked, organized and clean. There is always someone to greet you at the door, very helpful and friendly crew. ?

I have been to two Goodwills and this by far has the most aesthetically pleasing clothes. Very cute suits and dresses. It’s a small building but it packed with good quality clothes.
