“These people are absolutely amazing all through gatti's hospice every time I walk in the door they ask about him by name and we'd only been using that branch for a couple of years.”

“My mom and I already have accounts with Truist and love how great and helpful.
But today, we are setting up an account for my grandparents. Upon arrival my grandmother needed the restroom but we were unaware their restrooms were locked/not for public.
One of the bankers noticed when he was leaving, and when mom said “we’ll need to leave” he was kind enough to unlock it and let her use the restroom. I am super grateful because she has kidney problems and holding it is imperative she does not hold it.
That small kindness proves so much. Thank you so much.”

“Considering the circumstances at Savannah CB&S - Drive through being to small, ATM being inconveniently located, not enough tellers which leads to long wait times and only one drive through in town - none of which the tellers (Wendy and Amanda) can control, I would say they do a damn good job! They have never been rude to me and I have been using them for 5+years. So 5 stars to the tellers and 2 for their corporate office for not taking care of them.”
“I had a wonderful experience dealing with the Pickwick St. location. My customer service representative is Sherry Patrick and she met all my banking needs and more. I'm new to this state / County and was referred to this bank by many. I'm very satisfied with the guidance, knowledge and kindness my representative Sherry showed me and continues to show me. I appreciate the service she showed me and would recommend this bank to to anyone who asks!!”
“Been banking here 15 yrs.they are like family at Pickwick.Would not bank anywhere else. They know you by name when you walk in. Great banking experience everytime.”
“The tellers are always friendly and polite. They always have a smile on their face. We've gotten to know each other through the years and it almost feels like we're family.”
