Example i have a pressure washing business my hoses take 3/8 hydralic fittings all orielly stores have the fitting as a rule unless they happen to be out. I work alot at nights other day at 6pm I blow a hose I go to orielly autoparts in corinth ms to get it fixed2 men sitting on stools said no we can't do that we don't know how we aren't trained to do that. They can fix it in the morning I said first off morning won't work I got to work tonight and you shouldn't advertise making hoses and fixing hoses. If no one is here that can do it at anytime during business hours. I left drove between 25 and 30 miles to savannah oriellys 2 women both working not sitting on a stool at 10 minutes till closing. I walk in and ask can you fix my hose we will do our best and she did she fixed it and I was on my way. Thank you savannah orielly you always got my business Robbie and his crew are great.”
