Absolutely horrid service. I live over an hour away and on two consecutive occasions I have called to refill several hours before going to pick it up and then wasted a 2 hour round trip to wind up empty handed and out of my medication because they hadn't filled it or wanted me to come back in a couple of hours. Completely unapologetic and defiant both times. Highly recommend using someone else...anyone else. Not sure how someone can be so consistently bad at something they claim to specialize in.

I was trying to save money supposed to get 60 pills for 50$ first dude at Jackson acted like l wrote the script big run around I got it back from him then about the same at Savannah they had to talk to doctor then they didn't have but half & I couldn't get the other half for 15 days I said it's my meds but whatever & they charged me 35$ made 10$ on me ok today is 15 days they ain't got them be there tomorrow evening so now I've got to skip a day & they going to try to charge me 35$ tomorrow but it probably ain't happening been going to same doctor over 10years & the same stuff that long trying to save some money & give them my business but it's been a hassle l asked why U got to talk to doctor he wrote the script

Thank you Jay in pharmacy for going above and beyond. Had bad experience with a Texas CVS and you were able to work it out for me. The staff at Savannah has always taken care of our prescriptions with kindness and efficiency

The older male pharmacist is very rude and they have no hospitality at all and they don’t care for there customers my boyfriend had to get his prescription sent from Walmart to cvs they said it hadn’t come in yet and I said well yeah ur prolly right it did just get sent from Walmart and he just repeated it again like I was stupid when I was just agreeing with him smh these people are ridiculous

We are visiting in Savannah and my daughter got sick. I was told that the prescription would be ready in 30 to 40 minutes. My daughter didn't want to wait so I decided to go back to get the prescription when I receive a text saying it is ready. This is what has happened with our CVS back home and when my other daughter got sick in Florida. Thankfully, my daughter started feeling better on her own because it has been 24 hours and we still haven't been notified the prescription is ready.

I never have to wait in line. The people are friendly and helpful. They usually have our medicine ready. The store is cleaner than my mother's house. Love it.

I have been using CVS Pharmacy in Savannah TN for 3-4 years after using CVS in Jackson TN. All personal in this pharmacy have been friendly, professional and acknowledgeable in all aspects. They have been most helpful during the Covid pandemic, I could hand them a list and they would go above expectation to serve. I can not remember all their names except Jay, he and all have been just wonderful with prescriptions, OTC meds and answering any questions I come up with and just being helpful and kind above all.
