They lie cheat and most frequently steal. We put a check in via mobile deposit. They took three business days to process it. Because they took three days the account went negative for one of those days. They charged me so much for their mistake that they took out more than my whole $300 check. For -$6 in my account. So I was negative again. Their mistake cost me nearly $600 for a $-6 balance they let happen by failing to process my check. When I called about it they lied. Forwarded me to numbers that didn’t work and finally said “we took too much money for us to give it back to you” don’t trust them with a single dollar. They just take money out when they’re profits are looking pretty enough and no one can stop them so they just keep doing it.

10/10 do NOT recommend! This bank seems to be full of incompetent people. I have been calling for the last year to get service on something that unfortunately I let them “handle” and have been by several times. No one will call me back and no one is ever there that knows what is going on. They will only service and give loans to people they know or who are related to the right people regardless of income and/or credit score, and often require that their insurance department write the insurance on clients things as a stipulation of giving them a loan. Which is not exactly legal to the best of my knowledge. If you know someone there or are related to someone they know you might be satisfied, but as for me, if this were the last bank on earth I’d much rather take my chances on a shoe box in my closet to keep my money.

I've had the acct less than a month and I can't even shop online with my debit card. Went into the bank to make a deposit and asked to speak to someone about this issue. The staff member was very polite and called someone in an office to ask about this. I explained I do most of my shopping online and she told me sometimes a customer will have to call during business hours and ask them to not flag a purchase as fraudulent. I said well that's how I shop and I need to use my card when I want to use my card. In less 8 hours from asking to use my card I still can't...

Started banking here. Everything started out ok. Now they refuse to cash or deposit my work checks, this has been going on for the last 3 weeks but the funny part is they want to charge me my monthly service fee for banking with them for services they are not giving me. Most bank that question a check will call to verify that there are funds for your work check but not here. The fact is if the check doesn't have the funds the person who deposited the check is responsible for it not them. I will be going to main branch Monday to either get this straight or close a account I can't use
