Paid $500 down (was told it would be refunded) to make sure a car would be available to drive within 48 hrs, did the test drive, decided not to purchase car. $500 was never refunded.

There service department is the worst in West Tennessee. I would give them a zero star but it won't let me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This comes from someone whose family has been purchasing vehicles from Jones for almost 4 generations. This dealership has gone downhill and in the worst of ways. First they show you a lemon and convince you to buy it. Then they tell you what a GREAT warranty they have, backed up by a FABULOUS company, Portfolio. All you have to do is keep the oil changed in your car and you are set - 250,000 miles or 25 years, whichever comes first, you’re covered…. Then the lemon starts giving you trouble and they give the old song and dance of it must be this, no wait this! Then after MONTHS, they break down and agree that, yeah, let’s call in that warranty. BUT WAIT!! Before we start repairing, we need clearance from Portfolio. A few more months pass by and you provide all your documentation as requested not once but twice. The claim is denied and you’re stuck with a lemon from a dealership that could care less about their customer. Portfolio, their wonderful partner in crime, cites the only reason for the denial is failure to meet maintenance responsibility, which the wonderful manager can’t even explain!! These are not the people you want to do business with. They don’t stand behind their vehicles or their word. Go literally anywhere else (except a buy here, pay here, shop smart!). I know me and my family have spent our last dime.

AVOID THEM! We have purchased 5 vehicles from them. But in the last few years we purchased 2 vehicles. 1 was a brand new truck..It stayed in the shop more than at home. The other vehicle was a used suv which the salesperson said we had the 100000mile warranty since it only had about 47000 miles on it and she would have the seat belts replaced in the backseat since the prior owner she said had a dog that ate the seatbelts. Ok 2 small children in carseats and seatbelts still have not been replaced. Problem after problem with the Suv. We also purchased their extra warranty ...its not worth the paper it's written on.

Worst dealership I've ever had to deal with. Sold me a new car, with physical damage. Screwed up transferring my plates, which I had just renewed. Both me new plates, instead. Now my temporary plate is expired. No one there knows how to fix the issue, except for a woman that's on vacation. Got a response, which was totally wrong. They bought me plates, I didn't need, and received them from the dealership, until after I contacted Susan , who conveniently, took a vacation, told me they had them at the dealership. I got them, took them to the County Clerks office, paid 5 bucks to transfer the plates I already had, turned in the new plates. I'm supposed to get the money I paid for them. Of course you can't blame the owner completely, since our current County Clerk,is under investigation for theft. Her and another person in her office are both under investigation. This is a matter of record, according, to The Courier, our weekly newspaper.

Drove 6hr 45 min for a truck deal not the best experiencePro: Timmy sales guy was nice, so was finance lady Leslie very helpful and internet sales lady was greatCon: manically find a large paint portion missing in rear of truck under tailgate not pictures or discussed until we show up. No oil change sticker on truck but oil on dash was reset. Free warranty isn’t free, you are given a lifetime power train but are obligated to buy 998$ warranty on your purchase. Management will never call u back when u have a question sales can’t answer. And ask about key fobs, we brought both of ours for trade in and only after we signed we’re told “sorry we only have one you can buy one”Love our truck experience was not the best, transparency was greatly lacking

Previously purchased a Mercedes from them. They text and call me multiple times a day harassing me to trade my vehicle in. I call and speak to a manager about taking my number off their contact list and he was very rude and unprofessional and hung up the phone on me. I will NEVER do business again with them.

I bought a used car that had belonged to a smoker, jones told me that they would replace the cabin air filter and get rid of the smell, they did neither, I have a powertrain warranty that’s useless cause either you’ll either have to schedule far in advance or they’ll cancel the apt the second you walk in the door, not to mention how I didn’t have a tire iron, my spare was already flat, and my lug nut covers were over tightened making it impossible for me to change my tire. I will never buy a car from jones again, they want to take your money and make it extremely difficult to get repairs under warranty.

Had an amazing experience over the weekend with Jones Motor Company. We worked with Brandon Martinez and he was fantastic. We weren’t expecting to be in the market for a new vehicle right now but, of course the unexpected happened. Brandon was very communicative and honest with us. He asked what we were looking for in a vehicle and he 100% delivered. You didn’t get the pushy “bully” type environment like you typically get with a car dealership and I felt that Brandon was fully transparent with us. An overall excellent experience and I HIGHLY recommend going to see them for your next vehicle.

*ATTN. JONES MOTOR COMPANY*(No need to respond, have had enough communication to know my problem won't be resolved to my satisfaction!)I feel I was totally screwed over by this dealership! They took my truck as a trade in, traded me a truck that leaked in the corner of the back glass, lied about the gas milage the truck got, and had more damage then originally stated! I live in Florida! I made contact with the sales representative, the man above him, the manager, and GM! It took them more than 7 business days to contact me back. Then they decided they would trade my truck back but for much higher payments. Wouldn't have any of the three warranties I had and they wouldn't give me the money back on them, they would only put the money twords the payment of the truck. In the end they cost me about $20,000! None of them could satisfy me with the problem and I feel I was basically told to #&@$off!

There were a few hiccups in my vehicle purchase due to the company being bought and management changing. But the GM Anthony Benton reached out and addressed our concerns and made it right. As a customer I feel like I'm listened to and taken care of.

Would not recommend. The dealership dragged its feet sending my tag information to the county tax collector's office, which led to $1200 accrued in tax penalties. I had called the dealership numerous times over the course of several months and every time I was told that my tag paperwork had not been sent to the tax collector's office.Eventually, I discovered that the paperwork had been there for months and I was erroneously given false information. On the backend, supervisors at the dealership attempted to pass the blame to the tax collector's office for their own negligence. Tax collector's offices are not responsible for notifying the dealership's customers of anything. Apparently this sort of thing happens all the time and dealerships typically reimburse the customer for their negligence. Not the case here.On top of that, when they delivered my vehicle, it was driven 4-5 hours to my location instead of being transported.Update: The dealership investigated itself and cleared itself of all allegations. Not surprised.

Candace and Tammy in the service department, along with Justin in sales, were phenomenal. They went above and beyond to help me get parts changed on my vehicle. Thank you so much for all of your help!

I had the best experience with Jones Motor. I was kept informed about my vehicle while fixing it. Great customer service very satisfied with service dept. Tammy took time to explain things wrong with my vehicle and helped me in every way. I will be going back.
