“I went into the store today to upgrade my Apple Watch. I was helped by Dustin. He was amazing. He gave me the best technical help I’ve ever had on a new product. He also helped an older lady who came in, very confused. He was patient, kind and very customer focused. The greatest thing he did was to notice a huge error on my bill that had been doubling my bill for 11 months. He called ATT and got this corrected for me. My bill had suddenly doubled and I did not know why. Dustin could have just ignored this but he did not. I will stay with ATT because of Dustin!!!!!!”
