They missed my Friday then said they’d Redelivery it Saturday, but no one ever delivered it so I have to wait till Monday to pick it up at the post office. And it wasn’t like I missed it or anything. They just didn’t deliver it at all

The mail delivery didn't stop and had red flag up in Bruton branch area they drive so fast can't even stop i liked one in jeep she was always good guess have to go to post office send stuff

Once again, another bad review for this place. Full disclosure what makes me hate this post office is the ONE mail lady in the white van that delivers mail outside of the city limits. She's extremely unprofessional, a snob, and just flat-out rude! She's in such a hurry to get done that she throws mail into the box and often misses, leaving important mail on the ground. Other times she's so lazy that she'd rather spend extra time shoving packages into the mailbox that are clearly too big. I once bought an autograph that had plenty of handle with care things labeled on it that she shoved into the mailbox. The crease she created went straight down the autograph, completely ruined it! Then there's today. I was taking my leashed dog to use the bathroom. She saw her pull up and started wagging her tail in excitement, lady saw my dog and put my package down in the driveway and ran back to her vehicle. I said, "she won't bite you, just lick you to death." She rolled her eyes and said, "yea ok." In a very snobby manner. Now I understand that most dogs aren't trained and unpredictable, I also understand that mail people probably do have a lot of bad encounters. But my TRAINED dog was clearly on a leash and was clearly happy to see her. The way this grown woman carries herself is sad. She acts like an entitled child during every encounter I've had with her. She makes the post office look bad! Nothing about her is professional. If she doesnt like her job or cant handle it then she just needs to find something else. Shes supposed to be representing the government she needs to act like it. They need to find someone better.

My package arrived in Memphis TN, then to Savannah TN, then to Henderson TN, back to Savannah TN, back to Henderson TN, and now back in Memphis TN. Why wasn't it delivered to me the first time it was in Savannah where I live? Definitely unhappy with this post office.
