“While driving towards Hornsby on 64 for work, an unknown object punctured the sidewall of my tire. It was 90 plus degrees and pouring rain when we called this service - and they came to the rescue immediately. I was only a couple of blocks from the job they were on, but I don't doubt that service would have been just as prompt otherwise. Told me up front that my tire could not be fixed as a result of the damage and that they did not have my particular tire in stock. They installed my spare at a most reasonable price and recommended a possible stop at another tire shop on the way back home to Jackson if I felt it was necessary to replace it immediately.
They deserve a 6 or a 7 on a scale of 5. Friendly, polite and efficient!”

“In our experience Doug is a mechanical genius and was able to repair our truck when other mechanics failed. It was an expensive issue, but we we're well aware of that going in. Doug was very affordable compared to the guy we used before and actually fixed the issues necessary for our truck to run smoothly again. He does stay pretty busy, but we find it's worth any wait.”
