I worked with Kelly and needed to find a storage unit on very short notice. She was fantastic!!! The process was very quick!! We had one small issue when we went to unit the first time and it was rectified immediately!!! Kelly helped me out with that also!!! Very happy with this whole experience!!! Will highly recommend them!!

Oh my God! What more can I say about the storage company? I was so satisfied and Kelly was so awesome. I would recommend the storage facility to anybody around town or otherwise I can’t say enough about Kelly I give this five stars.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The units are very well kept and clean. The facility grounds are well kept. We use the new center location and have had 0 complaints. Glad we found affordable storage guys in Sevierville!

I rented three storage units while I was in the process of having my house built. Brandy was so awesome to work with. The units were clean and bug free. I would highly recommend Affordable Storage Guys to anyone looking for storage units

The location of my storage space was the New Center Rd. facility. This location is a very well kept, clean facility. Not only are the grounds very well kept, the storage buildings are as well. It also has very easy access into and out of the property.I am totally, 100% satisfied with my experience and my storage unit with Affordable Storage Guys. I highly recommend them for your storage needs. I will absolutely be using them again in the future if I need a storage shed.Additionally, their staff is wonderful. They were a pleasure to work with. They treat you like a customer. They care about your needs and concerns. You’re not just another number to them.If you need a storage facility use Affordable Storage Guys. You won’t regret it.

I have a unit off of the Boyd's Creek location. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Mr. Rich. The units are in great condition. Very secure. Would recommend using for all self storage needs.

All I can say is WOW! These units are in pristine condition and the sizes are great. It's also very safe and well lit at night so much so that I am not afraid to go by myself! The manager(Rick) is so kind and treats you like a friend. He makes the whole experience SMOOTH and enjoyable unlike other storage places! I just say say enough how lucky I am that I chose to rent from them!
