I've never been an Ann Taylor shopper, but since I was recently with two friends who are, I decided to check it out. While not everything was my style, I did find a few cute items! I absolutely fell in love with The Wide Leg trousers. They didn’t have my size in another color in-store, but a very friendly and helpful employee named Shasta went above and beyond to help me locate and order them from another store to be shipped to me. Score! She also assisted us with new sizes, colors, and styles throughout our many trips to and from the fitting rooms. It was a very pleasant shopping experience!

Absolutely love this store and the fantastic service their employees provide. Valerie is the best!! She is so helpful and friendly. All you have to do is tell her what you are looking for and she knows exactly how to help you choose styles to fit your body type. Love working with her anytime I shop . This is my go to store!! Thank you for the great service!!

I had a fantastic experience shopping at Ann Taylor! The store was beautifully organized, making it so easy to find what I needed. The pricing was clear, with no confusion or surprises at checkout. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist without being pushy. It’s refreshing to shop in a store where customer service is genuinely a priority. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

I received no assistance whatsoever when I was shopping there today,not even a basic greeting .The workers asked almost everyone else if they needed a fitting room. I had an armful of clothing and ended up putting everything back except for one thing. I asked the lady at the checkout if I looked poor or what the problem was. She didn't know what to say. I think she went into shock. My feelings were hurt but its their loss. I had my husband's credit card and was ready to shop. These women need to learn to treat everyone the same. Instead of being racially profiled I feel that I was financially profiled and it felt horrible.
