“I had amazing service today at this location! I went there with my 4 year old daughter to get some landscaping material. 5 bags of rocks, 2 bags of mulch, 2 bags of soil, and over 10 plants… I was struggling to push my carts due to their weight. The lady in the gardening center was so friendly and let my daughter help her ring stuff up and the two gentleman working in there loaded everything in my car for me and even went to get bags to lay down so my car wouldn’t get dirty ( I didn’t even ask) they were so kind and thoughtful! Thank you for such an awesome experience!”

“Was a little skeptical about dealing with a rent to own place then after reading reviews I was certain to not. But giving it a shot has been a very pleasant experience so far. After talking to management (all other reviews bash them) I was more comfortable with dealing with Aaron's, not only did they go above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed they were very friendly and understanding with my concerns. The next thing is James the delivery driver was an awesome person, super friendly and was willing to answer any questions and explain all of Aaron's guarantees on their merchandise. I would recommend Aaron's if you are in need of something.”

“I can’t say enough about how positive our experience has been with Myra and her team. She is so friendly and knowledgeable and answered every question and concern we had. We could have dealt with anyone in Knoxville, but a friend said go to Sevierville and you won’t regret it. Boy she was right. We got a fair deal, no haggling, just great service.
Then with 2 separate deliveries, the delivery guys were friendly, conscientious about moving the appliances in, and made sure not to mess anything up.
