My daughter and I were at the store yesterday during the busiest of times- tax free weekend. My daughter spilled her drink, and the lady and store manager that worked there were so generous and accommodating. The store manager and the lady(i think Rose was her name. Im horrible with names) who helped us were so great. We ended up both buying very comfortable shoes and were extremely happy with the service they provided while there. Again, a huge thank you for the experience.

On 9/7/24 my wife and I bought 2 pairs of ASICS with the help of Diane. She was a pleasure to work with. She took the time to help us find the shoes and sizes we needed.

I just wanna say... Larry the salesman was awesome.. I called from Canada and was able to help with what I was looking for and even put the item aside for me.. I sent someone in the area to pick the item up and I even got a second pair of shoes... great customer service Larry.. Thank you again for your help

Don’t recommend this place. It’s 10:30am and no one is in the store. Lights are off and doors are locked. Tanger opens at 10am.
