I've been here to replace my key fob battery as well as have my phone fixed. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful. Good honest people and the prices are fair as well!

Do not bother going in this store and asking anything. No greeting when i atrived. The 2 employees kept talking and i had to stand at the counter and wait to interupt their conversation to be helped. They made me feel like a bother and acted like it was a problem to help me as the customer who was planning on spending money. The man in glasses helped me some but the older short haired guy acted like I was just a bother being there and seemed annoyed i had a question. This place must be making millions and doesnt need any new business at all, thats how it seemed. Wal mart even does better than this. Customer service

I needed a cellphone battery sumthin fierce on a Sunday. Brandon Wampler not only fixed it, but was waiting with the battery and everything prepared, and fixed it well ahead of schedule. I was back in business in no time with a battery that performs at least as well as the original. Thank you Brandon!!!!!!

This is about 2 experiences at this store. I bought a motorcycle battery here. The top posts were so soft that they broke the very 1st time I put bolts in them . Obvious manufacturer defect. They said physical damage isn't covered and refused to stand behind their product. 2nd instance...I bought a Duracell battery for my RV. Hooked it up in the front door under the fifth wheel and left it there. RV was never moved and we never opened the door except when my battery charger started saying it was a bad cell when it was on trickle charge. 18 month warranty. I took it back at 12 months. The battery wasn't even dirty. Really hadn't been used much at all. I left it with them. The guy said that where the date was scratched off to mark it it had been pierced. Stated physical damage again. No coverage. I'll say this. If an interstate car battery you bought at CO-OP goes bad for any reason. I mean you can run over the damn thing with your tractor.....no questions asked...they replace it happily. I promise that if you deal with these people at Batteries Plus they will rip you off and do anything they can to refuse to honor the MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY that they don't even have to pay for. They're crooks. Spend your money somewhere else or you'll get screwed

Super fast, professional employees. Made an appointment and was seen with my phone issue almost immediately. Ian was super helpful and went out of his way to make sure I knew what was going on with my phone and the steps he was going to take to fix it.
