We tried to come last year and they were closed early for Black Friday sales, so we planned to come early in the week this year. My aunt found several bags for herself and had a great time looking around. Even though I didn’t buy anything I thought these were cute. The ladies working there were very helpful and kind.

I absolutely love shopping at this Brighton location! They have the best selection of jewelry, shoes, handbags, wallets and more, all at the best prices. The staff here is always really kind and helpful too. This is must stop shop if you are looking for some great items all at wonderful prices.

My wife and sisters love Brighton products, and the ladies that work here are always so helpful. Obviously with this store being an outlet the prices are cheaper than most other places.

Very upset i didn't get what I wanted!!!! went to outlet store in TN. they were giving a gift depending on how much you bought well there were two gifts the gave me NOT the one I wanted!!!!!!

Would give it zero stars if possible. I purchase a lot of Brighton and rarely have issues. If I do, my local store always makes it right, whether sending off or exchanging for me. This is regardless of where I purchased it. Had issues with a charm I bought for my granddaughter. Happened to be in Pigeon Forge and thought I’d just pop in there. I was told they couldn’t help me and I had to call customer service. In the 30 years I’ve been buying Brighton I’ve never been told that. Disappointing, to say the least. The Brighton in Pinnacle Hills, Rogers, Arkansas is the BEST!

Staff was not friendly and I had to go up to them to ask a question. Items purchased didn’t ring up correctly and cashier was upset when I pointed it out. I doubt I’ll ever go back to this store as I felt very intimidated and rushed.
