We had a gas range installed in a Jan 2020. In Oct 2021 we leased the house to a renter. A few weeks later the renters complained about an eye on the stove melting and followed up with a picture of what looked like a melted eye. We called Home Depot, where we had purchased the stove and they had it installed. it was out of warranty but they sent a repair person out from this business. We were not there to talk to him but we called him later. He would not repair the stove and wouldn't tell us why. He was rude. We couldn't find any other gas repair person to come to our area. The renters have moved out and we're still trying to find a repair person. We called again and he said he wouldn't repair but gave us no reason. We have a nearly new stove that we can't get repaired.

They were supposed to come fix our microwave. Scheduled an appointment with them through GE’s website. They showed up on January 11 and said they had to order a part for us. No big deal. We waited and waited. Never heard from them. No call. No estimated on when they’d be back to finish their job. So in the first week of February, I tried to call to get an update. No answer. I called back several times and left several messages and got no answer. My husband tried to call and no answer. So we waited some more assuming they were busy. After a week, we called again with no luck. So we just scheduled another service appt through GE. Appointment was for today, 2/21. I never got a confirmation call. I’ve called them 3 times today with no answer. My husband called. Nothing. I called GE to see if there was something they could do. The man at GE tried calling them, no answer. So we have to schedule another service with another company and start the process all over again. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional. I wouldn’t mind waiting if they would at least communicate with me and keep me updated.

After confirming the appointment the technician arrived on time and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. I was very pleased!
