“Traveled to Pigeon Forge for the annual Jeep invasion. Unfortunately my Jeep had to go into the shop the first day we were there. Had ti call around for a rental and happened to come across Jeepin in the Smokies. They had one Jeep left so I jumped on it. Initially I was booked for the wrong day. Owner called to verify my booking and immediately fixed my error. Walked a short distance from Firestone to meet the owner of Heepin in the Smokies quickly completed the paperwork. I also explained my circumstances and he told me to call if there were any issues. Initially my rental was for 1 day, found out my Jeep would take another day to repair, called Jeepin inches Smokies. Fortunately I was able to extend my rental for another day. The Jeep was I pristine condition and really saved our trip. I will be forever grateful for the customer service of Jeepin in the Smokies.
