Some of the rudest staff and supposedly “management” I have ever come across. The pink haired lady with a large nose ring that is the “manager” was the most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with…(low expectations for a Walmart but she took it to a new low). Just avoid this Walmart.

The ladies surrounded me at the check out. I bought OVER $300 in groceries (CASH). After I was surrounded, the workers looked at every item (100 PERCENT PAID). NOT 1 item wasn't paid for. Then, after being Inform that the computer picked up on my face.And said that I had stolen 5 times in the past. I Ask them to show me where that was. WhatI was assuming as manager said that She had receipt. I asked to see them and she said that she did not have them handy. What did I steal I ask. She didn't know exactly. Then she stated (while looking down at my cart), She said, "drinks". Again I ask to please show me her 5 receipts. She explained that it didn't matter that I was banned from the property. 3rd time I ask for her "proof". She said she didn't have it & if I continued, she would call the police. I said that I wasn't going to cause a scene but I wanted her proof. She then said that it wouldn't be found because it wasn't handy but I would be arrested. She wasn't moving. I again ask For the police to be called. She assured me I would be arrested because 5 times prior the facial recognition program said that I was "high risk ". So profiling. The "lead/mngr was firm but the others completely went through every bag but when it showed EVERYTHING was paid for, they made snide remarks. Talking to other customers about "this is what happens when ppl steal. I DID NOT STEAL EVER! I ask to be able to rebag my groceries due to expensive perishable items thrown on the bottom. They said that, "You need to leave immediately or be arrested. Again, I ask for an officer. Again, they told me I didn't want that to due so I would be arrested. The Mngr didn't have receipts for me but had them ONLY for an arresting officer. I left with my $307 worth of groceries feeling confused, hurt, & embarrassed because of this being done with other patrons stopping to listen to see why female workers on a power trip were surrounding me like jackals, telling patrons that I had stolen. I DID NOT. I HAVE NOT. I always pd with cash. NOT EBT, NOT CREDIT CARDS. If I had stolen "drinks" 5 times. Why wasn't I stopped the 1st time?! Why was it said that they had NO idea where her proof was. She looked down at my cart to blurt out DRINKS. I cried for days because I didn't understand & trying to figure out how these ppl came to this Absurd conclusion. Are they trying to make law abiding citizens pay for the ones that actually steal? If anyone has had a similar interaction with this walmart please feel free to contact me. I Believe that We are being targeted by what the Mngr Called a facial recognition and body language reading system.

The people at the pharmacy are really nice. Some of them call you by your name, makes you feel good!

The gas price 2.73 a gallon at this location in Pigeon Forge Tenn. Was great! Wish we had the same prices here in South Carolina

I came in to do a money order, and the woman was super rude for no reason. I had just changed my name, I had my hard ID and my new ID and all of my documents, she goes “well why did you change your name” in a mean manner, and looked super disgusted. Her name was Evelia (?)
Good to know this Walmart market isn’t trans friendly, even then, the reason my name changed is none of her concern. Y’all need to be better.

You so called mgr named Missy is the rudest clerk ever . Tried to make sure she did not give me my Western union money . Also y'all spent all that money just to change the location for self check outs. Idiots
