“I've been a member of TVA for a while now, and I've seen nothing but absolutely incredible customer service. My card was declined because of a fraud suspicion for purchasing a monthly subscription. At banks where I've done this before, like Smartbank, it would take a week up to a few weeks to get an issue like this resolved, but today, I called TVA and the lady got it fixed in minutes. This is the best bank I've ever been at, thank you for being what every bank should be: polite, reliable, and amazing!”

“Wanted to say Thank you to Lori at the Sevierville location. She was very professional and patient with this nervous girl and I left with a sigh of relief. Thanks again!”
