CVS is awesome with the coupons. I get great deals and they're super easy to load. My local CVS also has a pretty terrific staff.

The pharmacy staff. They make fun of customers. For example, my card declined twice because I forgot the number. End up paying in cash. When I took my medications I only heard a man who was inside the pharmacy making a sound similar to when the machine declines and the one who attended me and another woman all laughing outrageously. I just thought I'd turn around and say something but I'm more polite. These kinds of people damage companies.

This company is absolutely horrible. I have been with them for years and I am regretting it. Literally been trying for an hour to get a prescription transferred from Morristown to Sevierville. Nobody will answer a phone at the Sevierville location. I left a message with the doctor and no call back! Literally been on hold for 10 to 15 minutes at a time until I just gave up which is what they want you to do and why they won't ever answer! Something so simple seems to be very difficult for them. Tired of phone tag with no help from either location. Should be able to be done on either end of the pharmacies! They want you to go online and do everything by yourself!

If I could give a zero star I would! This is due strictly to my personal experience with the pharmacist at this store. I have never been treated so rudely at any other CVS. He needs training on how to interact with patients as he clearly is lacking in these skills. He showed no interest in answering my questions and I certainly would not trust any advice or suggestions he gave me. I’m not certain that CVS cares about these reviews but I try to always give someone the benefit of the doubt because we all have bad days. I feel bad for the other pharmacy staff that has to work with this man. Hopefully he doesn’t treat them the way he treated me!

My family and I have used CVS Pharmacy for a substantial amount of years and the Winfield Dunn Parkway, Sevierville TN store has been the most disappointing location. When speaking with the Pharmacist about concerns she lacks empathy and compassion. She’s condescending, sarcastic and argumentative. Her customer service was obnoxious.

You can never reach the pharmacy by phone and if you do by some miracle, they calculate your refill date wrong ever time. Worst customer service ever. I have lived all over the southeast and this pharmacy is the worst. I have to use CVS because of my work or I would change in a heartbeat. Switching to another store and I hope to have a better experience.

WHY do people continue to shop at CVS??? For prescriptions, I get that but other items are always so overpriced...even with those 'discounts' that print out, you will still pay more than what you could pay at say a Walmart.

They had everything that I was looking for at the moment while on vacation. Also there was a very nice lady working who was kind enough to show us the aisle where our item should be when we accidentally forgot something.

WOW for years I been going to this cvs and it has always been the best in every way . They never let me down with their exceptional customer service skills. 02/27/23 around 1:30pm For example today I been looking for winter edition redbull cause sold out everywhere and will no longer be around. I bought every one in stock except big cans. So I called back and they are holding rest for me to pick up. Wish I could remember the ladies names that went and looked for more in stock for me to. She was so sweet!. Y'all are absolutely the best! Always have a smile and so nice in store! They always go above and beyond with helping, customer service staff and management team and pharmacy. They all really care! I go out of my way to shop at this cvs when I can.
